Daren Donnelson — President and Co-Founder
Daren drives Legacy's mission of helping healthcare organizations harness the power of technology to revolutionize the alignment of IT strategy with challenging business objectives. In addition to heading the financial management of the firm, Daren directs operational changes within Legacy to capitalize on emerging industry trends.
Daren brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience to the company. Prior to co-founding Legacy, Daren was the director of operations for Network Healthcare Services. His main responsibilities included the management of divisional resources. He also served as the operations manager for Healthcare Transition Services, where he was responsible for maintaining the operations of the fastest growing first-year franchise in the history of the MRI/CDI family. His primary duty was ensuring effective service to the firm's primary account, First Consulting Group.
Daren holds a bachelor's degree in businesses administration from Southern Methodist University.
Roger Johnson — Executive Vice President and a Co-Founder
Roger directs Legacy's vision to fundamentally change the way healthcare infrastructure is developed and deployed in businesses everywhere. Roger is instrumental in shaping the firm's product and service offerings based on managed-care marketplace trends. Taking a hands-on approach to resolving clients' business challenges, Roger interfaces directly with Legacy's customers to provide strategy recommendations that encompass the development of long-term business goals and the alignment of IT infrastructures.
Prior to co-founding Legacy, Roger founded Genstar Career Solutions, a leader in IT recruiting for the managed-care industry. He also served as vice president of Network Staffing Services, Inc., where he successfully engineered the birth of the firm's Network Healthcare Services division. He is credited with growing this $5 million corporation into a $25 million national alliance of firms.
Tim Cox — Chief Technology Officer
Tim has been actively involved in aligning the technology and business objectives for organizations in the healthcare, manufacturing and retail industries. His responsibilities at Legacy involve designing and maintaining the technology strategy, as well as managing the overall operations of the consulting staff. His expertise includes LAN/WAN, mission-critical infrastructure support, call center design, Internet technologies and security practices.
Prior to joining Legacy, Tim was the associate vice president of information technology for AMERIGROUP Corporation. His responsibilities included developing the enterprise infrastructure, designing and integrating electronic data interchange, advancing Internet strategies, and establishing security policies for the overall infrastructure. While employed at Fort Sanders Health System, Tim managed all network and telecommunication projects, as well as designed and managed a regional crisis call center. Tim also served as the project manager over systems engineers for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). During his employment with EDS he coordinated application development projects, provided technical support, and facilitated efforts of LAN/WAN infrastructure development.
Mr. Cox holds a bachelor's of science degree in computer information systems from Cumberland College and possesses several networking certifications.
